These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Psykick at psykick.xyz and related applications (the “Service”). By using Psykick, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Psykick is a reflective journaling experience that presents questions, AI-assisted responses, reflections, and optional artwork. The Service is provided for personal reflection and creative exploration.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and notify us of unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
Attempt to circumvent usage limits, security controls, or rate limits
Scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service’s operation
Submit content that infringes others’ rights or violates applicable law

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or to protect platform integrity.

Non-custodial wallet features

Psykick is a non-custodial application. We do not store private keys, move funds, execute transactions, or provide financial services. Any wallet connection is read-only and used solely to display publicly available blockchain data.

No professional advice

Psykick does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, or tax advice. AI-generated content is not factual, clinical, or professional guidance. Do not rely on the Service for decisions that require licensed professionals.

AI-generated content

Content generated by artificial intelligence may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. You use generated content at your own discretion and risk.

Digital assets and feature access

Certain features may require holding specific digital assets verified on-chain. Asset ownership does not grant equity, governance, or financial rights in Psykick. Token values can be volatile; we make no promises about asset performance.

Usage limits

To maintain stability and fair access, Psykick enforces automated usage limits on AI requests, image generation, and related features. Limits may change without notice. Attempts to abuse or circumvent limits may result in restriction or suspension.

Your content

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant Psykick a license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service, including processing through third-party AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

Psykick’s branding, software, question banks, and design elements are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or exploit them except as permitted by these Terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PSYKICK AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from the app. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service.

Changes

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law applies.
